Work Description: Roof, gutters and soffits replacement
Comments: We used Tuymen services as recently as March of 2010, and I highly recommend the company! We dealt with many contractors in the past and our experience with Tuymen was probably the best one so far. The only “average” was their price; all the rest was well above average, simply excellent: the quality of work - they used the material that we selected from the reputable companies (no cheaper substitutions) for our roof, gutters and soffits; they worked quickly and efficiently for 3 days; Yuriy (the manager) gave useful suggestions for the improvements; they cleaned up every tiny piece of debris around the house, etc. The last, but not the least, in my view, was the manner in which Yuriy handled the project: he was always prompt (not like other contractors) from the first meeting through the closing (btw – Tuymen accepts credit card payments – also an advantage in my view) Yuriy was courteous, answered all questions with details and demonstration of samples where possible, and without pushy sales pitch. In short, I wholeheartedly wish myself such good contractors in the future, and I wish Yuriy and his company to keep up great work.
