Work Description: Roof replacement and fascia update.
Comments: I talked to more than two contractors before I chose Trice. Throughout the process they were far and away the most communicative group I talked to. I got a thorough description of the work to be performed and all the materials to be used over the phone and again when we met in person. They were able to finish my roof in just a few days. The workmanship was great and they explained repeatedly that they stand behind it and I'm to call at any time if I have any problems. The price was very competitive with all of the other contractors I talked to, and after having worked with them I'm sure I made the best choice and would not hesitate to go to them again.

Work Description: Due to high winds, several shingles were blown off of our roof. They purchased shingles and replaced the missing ones. While they were doing the work, they checked over the roof for other problems and did some other minor repairs. They gave us feedback on the condition of the roof.
Comments: We appreciated the quick response and taking care of our problem immediately. I would recommend them to others, and if we have any more problems or need our roof replaced, I would consider calling them.

Work Description: We had Trice do our Roof, soffit and facsia. A number contractors gave us estimates, we went with Trice for several reasons. The price was fair, the materials used are top-quality, they were enthusiastic about their work and explained everything we asked. My wife and I felt very comfortable with them.
Comments: A detailed contract was written and we were given a date when the work would begin and end. Rain delayed work on the roof 2-3 days but we received phone calls prior to the start date letting us know, it was nice that we didnt have to call them. Work on the roof began as soon as the weather cleared and work didnt stop until completion- well within the time frame they gave us. Very clean, neat and thorough work. Everything was cleaned up, hauled away and they even ran a magnet over our entire lawn to pick-up any stray nails. We couldn't have been more satisfied with this crew.

Work Description: I needed a porch roof and new gutters and downspouts all around the roof. I also needed the ceiling of the porch repaired caused by Feb. 9th storm damage.
Comments: I was so impressed by Trice Construction. They came on time and took their measurements and gave me a price I could handle after they accessed the damage as not as severe as the pictures I sent them led them to believe. The work they performed was excellent. They encountered an unexpected problem with the porch and made adjustments to repair and keep the cost contained in the original agreement.
