Work Description: He went beyond what he was supposed to do, linformed me exactly of what was done, was fast, polite and a very nice young man.

Comments: Punctuality was partially due to traffic but I did wait all of 3 hours and almost canceled.

Work Description: Removed old roof,insulation awning and trim.and replaced with new. new skylights and gutter corners.

Comments: the estimator needed to be more observant about the area of the roof which needed insulation and the over- The estimator needed to be more observant.The roof has a lot of overhang ,which he added to the insulation material. Also the awning needed replacing which he missed.
