Comments: Very impressed with person that contacted me by phone. Joe was also very professional arriving on time, giving me an estimate and expaining how the work would be done showing me clear pictures of what repairs were needed. The installer was on time very professional and he too showed me pictures after work was completed. I will be recommending them to my neighbors family and friends.

Work Description: Roof 16' X 24' free standing patio, fill in with 1/2 plywood at all edges, install 30lb. felt, install 4" drip edge, use starter strip, install asphalt composition shingles.

Comments: Workers were on time, 8:30 am start. Did an excellent job in a professional manner. I'm extremely happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend Superior Roofing.

Work Description: Patio cover roof repair

Comments: Ace arrived on time to do my estimate. He was very thorough as he not only examined my patio cover, he also examined the entire roof. Despite the fact that I was looking for patio roof replacement, he proceeded to point out other potential problems with the roof and explain that his crew would handle these things as well. As he was doing this, I was adding up the dollar signs in my head and practically written Superior off as the company that I would use. He spent about 30 minutes putting together a quote and came back with an estimate that included all of that work for only $500 more than what another company had quoted me for just the patio cover. After checking reviews, I chose Superior. I was not disappointed. The crew was on time to the job and they worked tirelessly. They replaced plywood, endcap, shiplap, rafters, and torch-down on my patio cover. They also replaced a 5-foot section of shingles over the garage to fix a leak, re-painted flashing, repaired shingles, resealed a window, etc. On day two, they were cleaned up and ready to go when another potential problem was recognized. They got everything back out and addressed the issue over the course of a few more hours. Ace was constantly in contact with me over the course of the job and walked me through the final inspection of the work. Ultimately, the quality of the work won't be apparent until we have some weather, but I am very happy with the estimate process and the two days that they spent on my roof.

I'm in the process of selling my home and need to know the condition of the roof prior to any negotiations with a buyer. Work Description: Find leak and repair

Comments: This was during the heavy rain storm we had in Highland when there were flooding issues and traffic back ups due to detours. Superior Roofing was the only roofing response we got to our request. I did not pursue the query of the others not responding because we made the decision to just go with Superior Roofing. More rain was in the forecast and he dropped his initial price if we wanted to make a decision to go with them. They were much later than stated to come out and do the estimate but that was very understandable due to the traffic issues and local flooding. Because more rain was expected in a few days the plan was to do the repair the very next day. I was a little surprised because I figured there was a lot of demand and asked about that. With that in mind the stated commitment was to seal the place of the leak the next day if they could not make it out to fix the roof. No one showed up and the following day was Christmas. I would not ever expected anyone to come on that day. We were not home for the afternoon but were there in the morning. The next time we heard anything from anyone was on the following Monday when I called them at 11am to see what was up. The dispatcher had the contractor call and he stated he came by on Christmas day but we weren't home and that he would have a team out at 2pm. At 3:40pm I left a message with Superior Roofing asking them to let me know if they were still coming or what was happening since no one had showed up. At 4pm two workers came and completed the work. When asked, they explained everything they did. It is raining today and all seems to be repaired to satisfaction. The only complaint I would have is the lack of communicating any changes or plans that came up. Since we change our plans to make sure we are home it is helpful to let us know if new plans need to be made. If we never hear anything and days go by it's a little hard to know if we've just been forgotten and need to find another roofer or what the plan is. A simple phone call on Monday morning would have solved the frustration on my part. I don't think the customer needs to be the one who has to track down the contractor. Other wise... thanks.
