Work Description: Repair two areas of roof damaged in hurricane.
Comments: Shingles do not match originals very well. Looks like they used two separate bundles for the repair although they claim they did not. They say it's the sun exposure that makes it look that way. I'm not buying it. One repair area is a good match while the other is not.

This customer has an old roof that neither him or I know what brand of shingle is on the roof he has a weather wood color. We do not mix and match brands! I use Owens Corning brand shingles exclusively and that's what we used for the repair. It is impossible to match old shingles exactly. No matter the brand it is not going to perfectly match. We do not mix and match brands we use the same brand in all areas. I don't think he will be satisfied with any repairs made because it won't match he should replace the entire roof or at least the slopes that are damaged
