Work Description: Called Charles at 8:00 AM, he was at my house by 9:30! He determined the water in the garage ceiling was not a roof leak, but rather the A/C condensatiopn pan overflowing. No charge!

Work Description: I had several sections of tiles lifted from strong winds. it was the week of the 4th. of July and nobody was able to look at the job, but Mr. St.Clair made it out. He diagonosed the problem and made all the repairs in under two hours. Thanks, Charlie!

Work Description: evaluate and repair water damaged roof.

Comments: Prompt on esimate; removed tile in to areas of question; removed bird crap that aided to problem; evaluated work and gave verbal esimate. Professional and sounded knowledgeable. Eager for job that day, but understood desire for other bids. Put tile back---returned mid afternoon and completed job and identified other problem areas to be done in future, all before dark. Overall satisfied with work ......no leaks after big storm!! Clean up alittle lacking--nails, wood debri, etc., but would (will) use again and recommend.
