Work Description: We had a serious leak pouring into the living room and the insurance company wouldn't pay for it because it was due to poor construction. We got 3 quotes from 3 different roofers. Robert from RT roofing came over first and gave me a detailed description of the problem. He took his time and showed me all the areas that needed work and gave me the best price to fix the immediate problem, then showed us the work that would need to be done down the road. After getting two other estimates we decided to do the whole roof. Robert came in with the lowest overall price and the best warrantee.
Comments: This work was done in a timely manner. It rained in the middle of the job so they had to delay the work but they managed to repair the leaking area and no water got in. The job was completed faster than I expected, and he showed me the work when it was completed. Over all a very good experience, and I would highly recommend this roofer.

Work Description: I thought I needed some roof tiles repaired or replaced. After an inspection, Robert of RT Roofing gave his opinion that he did not recommend doing anything with the roof at this point: there were no areas of exposure, and the 2 semi-broken tiles were atop underlayment.
Comments: To have someone come out, examine a roof, and then recommend that there is no immediate need for any work is a refreshing lesson in honesty. He did not charge me for his time, and could easily have made a recommendation and created work for himself. RT Roofing is the first contact I will make for the next roofing job. Amazing.
