Work Description: The crew removed the existing grout between the canterra stones on our balcony, then regrouted, cleaned, and sealed. They reworked the area where the leak occurred, plastered, textured, and repainted. They also sealed any cracks around the garage door and repainted trim.
Comments: An excellent, professional job! After dealing with two previous contractors with less knowledge and training, Jim Sheets and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! And they finished in a day and a half. I would recommend them to anyone.

Work Description: Removed two large trees and one medium sized tree in our back yard that had been damaged in a storm. Reshingled our entire roof due to storm damage. Built a 30x22 foot gable roof over an existing rear garage roof.
Comments: The foreman, Jim Sheets, explained everything that would be done and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He recommended the gable roof in order to correct a roof valley that had a history of water leaks. Jim also suggested installing ridge vents to help with attic air circulation. All work was completed as promised, and to date we've experienced no roof leaks. We would recommend R & P Land Co. to anyone looking to have landscaping or home repair work done.
