He walked the job, adjusted for local conditions (area, adjacent clients, time of year business activety) and was most competive among 4 other bidders. I will and have recommended his company to friends and family. He was hands on and provided a good project. Attention to detail, on time/on schedule, considerate to neighbors, diligent crew and clean job site.

Work Description: Replace wood shingle roof with comp shingles
Comments: Outstanding! Price was HALF of the other quotes. Recommended by a general contractor who worked with Prestige. Prompt, thorough, excellent cleanup. Friendly, helpful crew. Bill Ridings was on site working and supervising. We are very happy with Prestige and cannot recommend them highly enough. Meeting with Bill for initial estimate was very low key. No pressure sales techniques. Project completed on time. Worked with solar panel contractor re: removing/reinstalling solar panels to provide for best installation. We chose high definition roofing, which we recommend even though it is a little more expensive. It looks better.
