Phase One Roofing, Inc., began operation in Spring, Texas in 2004 under Phase One Construction building homes ranging from the mid 200’s to over 1.4 million. After a downturn in the economy Phase One Construction started to focus more on the needs of customers and in 2009 changing our name to Phase One Roofing, Inc. Our numerous projects throughout the state of Texas have given us invaluable experience in dealing with specific issues and conditions. Phase One Roofing, Inc. is a locally owned / operated business specializing in commercial & residential roofing. Phase One Roofing, Inc. is a Christian based organization and a team that believes in such as well as providing quality products, installation and superb customer satisfaction. We have carefully molded our roofing company into one of the most successful, skilled and tireless organizations in the Texan Roofing industry. Work Description: Insurance Roof Replacement
Comments: Tuesday morning, just after 6:30 AM your crew arrived at our home. With no hesitation, they proceeded to go to work. By 8:00 AM they had most of the old roofing materials removed. As if planned, the new materials arrived just in time. When I returned home that evening around 5:30 PM, they were finishing and cleaning up the job site. They used a blower to blow any and all debris off the roof, also blew the walks, magnetically swept the work area numerous times to assure all nails were retrieved. Upon completion, the only indication that they had been there was a NEW ROOF. Absolutely NO debris was left behind. I was most impressed with the work of your entire staff, inclusive of Anthony who worked persistently with our insurance company. Anthony has done a fine job of keeping me abreast of what to expect and follow through with the job. As another residential service provider, I can tell you have worked hard and done a fine job of training your crews. Their work is a compliment to your company. Work Description: Removed all old roofing and replaced with brand new upgraded shingles.
Comments: Phase One is a full service contractor in a large field that is called roofing. As to what I have seen their goal is to provide outstanding on time services within manageable time frams. they try to make the field process as streamlined as possible with minimal paperwork. Steve Allen and his staff are trained to do quality control so that all work prior to work being processed to his clients will provide consistent quality results. In looking for roof work, I expect open and honest communication, in addition to complete work performed and documented correctly. What I like best about Phase One Roofing is Steve Allen has ZERO tolerance for dishonest work, manipulation and theft. can you trust Phase One Roofing you bet, not only am I happy but I also thank God for the job that was well done.

Work Description: My home and many others in my neighborhood, family, friends etc... ROOF replaced
Comments: I do not know where to start with Phase One Roofing. I live in a small town north of Dallas in Little Elm and we recently have had such terrible storms sweep through the area. My home was damaged by the strong winds and hail and my family and I were in devistation. On top of how bad all the homes in our neighborhood were damaged we had the fly by night strom chaser contractors flow in. However, a couple of companies caught our attentionand Phase One being one of them. After a very thourgh investigation of the company I realized that they were a legit company with 4 different offices, one being here in dallas. They had such strong rattings with the BBB, and different customers online we were impressed. On top of that the company, the certified inspectors, and the installers were all certified by the shingle manufacture. I dont want to stop there they not only do roofing work , but they also do gutters which mine had to be replaced, window replacement , siding and restained our fence. They truly are a christian and family based company. I have already recommended numerous friends and family and will continue to do so. I want to add one thing Phase One Roofing also donates a portion of all proceeds to different children organization. If you are looking for a great contractor give them a call. A year and a half has passed since Phase One Roofing completed work on my home. At that time, as I’m sure you remember, I thanked you for a job well done. Allow this moment for me to further amplify my sentiments. From initial contact, throughout the project, your entire staff, installers and on to the office personnel served me with highest regard and sincerity. I applaud them all. Comments: I am very pleased to say that I was a little nervous dealing with a roofing company that knocked my door due to the bad things i have heard about roofers. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism and patience with not just the service representative, but with everyone that I had talked too. In the end of the process I not only had my roof replaced, but an enclosed patio add on as well. Every dollar spent was well worth the quality, eye for detail, warranty program and also educated my husband and I on how everything was put together.
