Work Description: Roof replaced, closed skylights. Installed new shower.

Comments: Roof replaced. Some areas of roof needed plywood. Closed skylights. Excellent job!! While Phil and his guys were working on the roof, I requested a price to install a new shower. His price was half of the other contractor (saved 1700.00). Another great job. Fireplace/chimney needed cleaning. Had a estimate for that. Found that it needs repairs. Phil is able to do it for 700.00 less than the other contractor. I will use Phil for my contractor on any type of work that needs to be done. All of the guys including Phil are very professional and know what they are doing. Always there when they say they will be there. Email Phil and he gets back to you almost immediately. He's the best!!!! I highly recommend PDM Construction!

Comments: I had 5 contractors all tell me something different. Most either had expired licenses, PDM came and explained everything, educated my husband and I on everything, then showed us ways to save money. GAVE A WRITTEN 10 YEAR WARRANTY and did the job like it was nothing. All men were extremely cordial and proffesional and job was perfect WE will never call anyone else again THANKS PDM Phil was amazing.

Comments: Phil and the crew were all americans all profesional neat and worked like truly trained surgeons. They not only sat with the insurance company and negotiated on my behalf but had all the answers to questions, certified in mold remediation and the work was so impressive to even the insurance adjuster that the insurance company wants them to do work for him. AMAZING
