Comments: Did a fine job but what really stands out when I called him to do a another roof for another property he told me I would love to put another roof on for you but that's not your problem, it's condensation he then explained what I need to do and he didn't even get a nickel. I highly recommend Richard and I would be happy to call him the next time I really need a roof.
