Comments: Price was 15% higher than low bid, but Nova had the best sales presentation: the pitch from the veteran sales person persuaded us that Nova was the best bet for getting a quality installation with a 10-year all-inclusive warranty and a 20-year warranty on the shingles. We also had gutters installed. The whole job was done on time, on budget, with no hassles whatever.
