Work Description: Checking to see the source of a roof leak.
Comments: The Mattos roofer was on time, went above and beyond what we expected him to do, and, because he didn't find a leak, DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR THE SERVICE VISIT. I'd enthusiastically recommend this company and will absolutely hire them for any work we need done in the future.

Comments: The roofers showed up a little after 7 am and worked straight through the day until about 8:15. They finished the roof in one day in 95 degree weather. They also cleaned up around the property. I would highly recommend them.
Work Description: fixed holes in flashing of skylights on third floor.
Comments: I can't comment on price, because I haven't received a bill yet. However, I can comment on the professionalism of the employees - they were excellent, and I plan on hiring them again shortly for some different work
Work Description: Replaced cap on pvc pipe and sealed to prevent from future leakage.
Comments: I had initially asked for an estimate only but Mattos Company arrived a bit early than scheduled. They were able to give me an estimate immediately and since it seemed reasonable to me, I asked if they'd do the repair right away. They were very accommodating and went to buy the part(s) right away. The job was done in good time and they helped prevent water leakage throughout the weekend for me. If I had known earlier about their other services, I would have hired them for those as well. I'd definitely refer them as well as use them again for future projects.
Work Description: Removed 2 layers of old roof and installed new architectural shingles.
Comments: Entire scope of work was clearly explained to me and work was performed in a very professional and timely manner. Would highly recommend them and will keep using them to all of our home improvement needs.
