Duane Mainardi and his team recently put a new roof on our house, including gutters and downspouts. Mr. Mainardi came out and gave us a full estimate and went over everything in great detail before the job so we knew exactly what to expect. He answered all of our many questions and explained the choices of shingles and the differences between them. He showed us samples and gave us references. He made suggestions on how to improve the old system we had which we took. The job was done on the day promised and everything looks great. No leaks in the heavy rains afterwards and everything was cleaned up promptly after the job was done. Very professional and we would not hesitate to call Mr. Mainardi back again because he is knowledgable and honest. In fact, we will be calling him back for our next project.

Duane was very professional. He came out quickly and offered an honest assessment of my roofing issue and thoroughly explained all my options. He was even kind enough to come back the next day on short notice and meet with my insurance adjustor. Duane and his helpers came out the same week to do the job. They removed and replaced my entire roof in one day and the clean up was immaculate. I would definitely recommend Mainardi Builders.
