Work Description: 1-Replaced entire roof 2-Agreed to paint drip edges 3-Agreed to repair/paint edging/housing around fireplace chimney protruding out of roof.

Comments: 1-Lone Star Roof Systems did an excellent job replacing the roof inlcuding post work cleanup. 2-Lone Star Roof Systems saleman/project manager painted drip edge as agreed in contract. 3- Lone Star Rood did not peform repairs on fireplace chimney housng protruding out of roof. Repairs were more extensive then they wanted to do. 4-Lone Star Roof Systems was most expensive bid of five that I received. I chose them because of the anscillary items agreed to (drip edge painting, chimney housing repairs, and 10-year warranty period). Chimney housing repairs were not completed; however I received a $50.00 reduction in price for materials not purchased for this portion of the project.

Comments: Contractor was friendly but rather high on the cost factor. They were nearly 2k more than another quote I already received. But then again with the extent of this hurricane I bet they can get that price. Glad to have the quick quote before my adjuster was here. Thanks.

Work Description: Had water leak near front of home. Roof was repaired quickly and at a great price.

Comments: Lone Star Roof Systems was the only roofing contractor to contact me. They inspected the entire roof and informed me that all I needed was minor repair. Thank you Lone Star.
