Work Description: Replace roof, work has not been started at this time. KDC responded immediately to my request and had a quote to me within 24 hours. They have been professional and responded to each of my messages in a timely manner.
Comments: I feel comfortable with KDC doing this work. They have been quick to respond to my request and most courtious. Once the work is completed, I will do another survey.

Work Description: New roof estimate
Comments: He was very well prepared, and informative. I was presented with a packet of; roofing samples, license certificates, insurance information, and other important info. My father is reviewing all the estimates I received, (6),and will be making his choice. While leaving me well informed, and comfortable however, I believe this contractor came in higher than the others. It will remain my fathers' decision. Thank you.
