Comments: Although the project took longer than expected, the roof turned out perfect. The workers put in 10 hours of more everyday to get things done. I could not be any happier with the job done.

Work Description: I had an evaluation of my roof repair and the professional also looked at a couple other needed repairs.

Comments: I can not rate the price of the service, because I have not received the estimate. He did give me a figure on one of the items that needed to be repaired and I thought it was very reasonable

Work Description: Review & make recommendations regarding 2 leaking skylights. These skylights have leaked since installation but the installing contracting firm went bankrupt before the total project was completed. Chris Kimball, of Jenmet Construction, is my contact.

Comments: First I want to indicate I could not justify rating above "4 stars" because the work which has been completed is not proven to be the final approach. But, Chris was always on time or called to reschedule when issues caused this to happen. Chris was very professional and friendly. He took over 1 hour to review the issues. He followed-through with his promised, and timely, email, outlining & suggesting 3 Options and related costs. I discussed these Options with Chris before mutually agreeing on #1 (the least expensive) with great hopes this would resolve the leaks. Both in writing and verbally, Chris was clear there would be no guarantee for the results of Option #1 since Jenmet was not the installing contractor & had no way to know if installation errors occurred. I wholeheartedly understood & agreed to green-light Option #1. The work was just completed yesterday (8/21/09) and now we must wait for rain to see if the re-sealing has been accomplished. No matter the results of Option #1, I am totally satisfied with the professionalism of Chris. And, if this "fix" didn't work, we've already discussed the next step, Option #3 (total replacement of the skylights), as my probable, next, step. I'm hopeful to rely upon Chris & Jenmet for future projects. Which include preparing this home for resale when the housing market improves.
