It had not been coated in four years and weather had really taken a toll. In addition, I worried about water leaking from the roof to the back wall of the basement.

You were willing and in agreement when I wanted to go up and see the roof with you. However I chickened out when I thought about coming down that really tall ladder. I decided during that meeting with you that I wanted your company to repair my roof. My first impression was confirmed when my insurance company sent a restoration company out to test my walls and ceiling for damages caused by the recent snow and heavy rain. They had to put a temporary covering on an area of the roof to prevent further damage, and of course they had to take pictures for the insurance company. I was reassured of your honesty when I saw pictures of the same damage, and was told the same things you expressed about the condition of the roof.
