Work Description: Install base felt paper to front where there's a hole & rear where's there's a separation at the drip edge & torch down modifid membrane rubber. Apply silvercoating to the entire roof. 5 yr. no leak warranty.

Comments: Jerry has excellent customer service. He was the 2nd contractor to call me & he came out & checked the roof & took photos. He explained my options in a manner that I was able to understand & offered his quotes, which were very reasonable. He came out with 2 workers & they were done in about 3 hrs. Very polite, professional & worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a roofer.

Work Description: My roof needed a significant amount of work including recoating, chimney repair, capping replacement/slate tile protection. It had not been coated in four years and weather had really taken a toll. In addition, I worried about water leaking from the roof to the back wall of the basement.

Comments: Jerry from JL & Son was the most professional contractor I have ever encountered! He provided pictures to back up his estimate, he was accessible, punctual and thorough. When weather prevented planned repair, he was able to get it done ASAP between storms, bringing me much peace of mind. The reapir pictures were awesome, and I could not be happier!

Work Description: Jerry installed a new rubber roof for my home. Which included ripping up some of the old roof that was greatly damaged, rebuilding, capping etc.

Comments: First I want to thank you for responding so quickly to my telephone call. You came to my home, inspected my roof, took pictures, and explained the damages and repair. You were willing and in agreement when I wanted to go up and see the roof with you. However I chickened out when I thought about coming down that really tall ladder. I decided during that meeting with you that I wanted your company to repair my roof. My first impression was confirmed when my insurance company sent a restoration company out to test my walls and ceiling for damages caused by the recent snow and heavy rain. They had to put a temporary covering on an area of the roof to prevent further damage, and of course they had to take pictures for the insurance company. I was reassured of your honesty when I saw pictures of the same damage, and was told the same things you expressed about the condition of the roof. I feel comfortable knowing, now that the job has been completed by your company, if there's a problem, you will come back and fix it. Thank you for being honest, fair, and professional. You truly deserve FIVE STARS.

Work Description: Apply tar fabric membrane & roofing cement to various areas on roof which are showing signs of cracking as well as deterioration. Will seal off old front roof vent as squirells have started chewing thru and found their way to the wood roof decking Silvercoat entire roof.
