Work Description: Repaired/fixed damage to vent stack flange on 5-year old roof.
Comments: Within 30 minutes of submitting my request, I was called by the contractor. Within 3 hours of the initial contact, the work was completed. This, after having waited 10 days for another contractor (not from this site) to not even show up for a simple inspection. The contractor not only repaired the damage but corrected a deficiency in the original construction (the builder never installed metal sheeting and sealant to prevent the problem from occurring in the first place, though they did on the other vent stack). This is all I wanted - someone to inspect and repair a very simple problem that was causing water to leak into the house.
