Work Description: They totally replaced our roof. Tore off an old "Woodruff" and installed Certainteed Presidential.
Comments: H&B did an absolutely wonderful job. Dave, their office Manager is so great and I could not have gotten through this project without him. They supplied addresses for me to look at when deciding on the roofing material to use. They were very patient with me and I am so glad they were. We recommend them to everyone we know.

Comments: I only got 1 feed back from the 4 above and went with that 1. It started off rocky but finally got finished. There was a lack of communication between vendor and the client. They didn't send a estimate and I had to call for that. They didn't show up to do the work on Friday and didn't call. They finally did it on the following Tues. I will see how things go after it rains. They were very nice and accepted responsibility for there actions and were very apologetic. Most people would not do that, thats why I stayed with them till it was finished even tho it was irritating.

Work Description: A layover roof on my manufactured home that is 18 years old. This includes replacing two skylights with new ones.
Comments: Totally satisfied with my decision to give the job to H & B Roofing (from a total of 7 bids I got ) and they were one of the 3 businesses you gave my information to. If I may insert this: one of the other two chose to NOT SHOW UP on time but called 45 MINUTES after the agreed day and time and then asked to RESCHEDULE for later on that same day! Of course I emphatically said NO. No words can ever express the gratification and the sincere help and guidance from from H & B Roofing. They went beyond all they normally do in attempting to work with my insurance company (a claim for wind damage) that was anything but punctual in communicating with H & B. The advice, and suggestions they gave me literally taking my by my "hand". I could not have done it on my own. They are the best and I choose to add 5 MORE stars to what you offer on this website.
