Work Description: We had flat roof torned down to the board and than redone also two chimneys were tucked pointed.

Comments: The great expectations were very good in performing excellent job. They were right on time and work was done excellent according to contract. The inspector also praised their work. We are very satisfied with the work

Work Description: tear off roof, seal gutters, add vents and put on new roof.

Comments: quick to respond, very proactive. A few of the seals were missed, came back and sealed when called. Informed me that they would redo in dryer weather to make sure gets done properly as when wet does not seal correctly. Will see them in summer again to redo seals. As service thus far has been proactive, I do not have worries at this stage of them not showing up to reseal. Roof looks good.very professional pricing very reasonable in comparison to competitors would recommend.

Work Description: tore off existing shingles, replaced beams, out new vents and shingles, sealed drains.

Comments: dealt with Bob Stotland who was extremely proactive and helpful. said would take 1- 2 days to complete finished in that time frame. All mess was cleaned up. Found 3 leaks in drains and responded immediately when contacted. Very helpful.
