Work Description: 1) remove old roof down to wood 2) install ice & watershield at perimeter 3) install 30# felt over remaining roof 4) install all new pipe boot flashings 5) install new 30 year demensional shingles 6) install ridge vent at all ridge areas 7) install step flashing as needed on chimney and counter flashing 8) new gasket required for bubble sky-light (leaks) 9) clean up & haul away all debris & dispose roof, clean-up & haul debris off-site
