Work Description: Jim repaired an asphalt shingle roof.
Comments: Responded within seconds I've sent my request in. Always reachable on his cell phone. Very personable and friendly and the same time professional and knows his stuff. My repair was done the same day. Jim and the other guy came in to assess the repair and we agreed to do it. I've had two other roofers came in before Jim and they couldn't find the problem why it was leaking and would just say "Call us back when it's raining". What kind of answer is this? Jim fixed the problem. There were no big storms yet so I' can't tell you for sure if my roof won't be leaking but they do guarantee their work so if anything happens, I'll call him up!
