Comments: Excellent, timely and efficent work. I interviewed 4 companies prior to meeting with Julio (owner) I could immediatly tell this was a honest man - he didn't charge me 225dollars to come out to give an estimate and I didn't pay him until everything was complete. An Honest Roofer is hard to find! Call Juliio first! Pioneer roofing quoted us at 4200 dollars AAA roofing was 1800 Julio was 1300 with 1 year warranty forget name of the other place but they wanted 1700. Julio has a great crew...did a quality job and after it was finished I couldn't even tell they were there (they cleaned up everything) I recommend him to everyone in our community.

Work Description: We are planning to buy a home having an executed contract already. The roof has some damages and signs of leak, so we need an estimate for repair and/or new roof installation.

Comments: Climax roofing was the only company made immediately contact. We arranged a same day appointment for Roof Inspection and Estimates. He was on time, and he provided all the inspection estimate report by written same day. Company's owner Julio did a professional work and an affordable price in the estimates.

Comments: Julio Basanta and his workers were prompt and knew just what to do to repair the roof leak and replace damaged rafter, fascia and soffit wood. They did an excellent job and charged exactly as estimated, which was a very reasonable amount. Clean-up was also thorough. I recommend them highly.

Comments: Of the four companies that weregiven my contact information, Climax Roofing was the only one that contacted me. Julio Basanta called within 15 minutes after I submitted my request and we set-up an appointment. When Julio was unable to make the appointment, he called to reschedule rather than just leaving me hanging. His work crew kept their word and showed up on time and worked all day until the job was complete. We had a serious problem because my shingles are no longer in production. I have the Presidential asphalt shingles that simulate the appearance of wood shake shingles. When we discovered that the shingles were not available, Julio instructe his team to hand cut regular shingles to mirror the appearance of my shingles. I would definitely recommend Climax Roofing.

Work Description: Roofing Inspection for closure of open county permit from 1993.

Comments: Mr. Basanta has the qualities I've missed in South Florida. He responded when I called. He gave me a good price. We made an appointment and he called when he was going to be a half-hour late -- what a shock! He followed up the day after he did his inspection to make sure everything was all right. And when there was a problem with the County form, he came back at no charge and corrected the problem. Overall an extremely satisfying experience. He is very polite, very helpful. I would recommend him to anybody.
