Work Description: Replaced main roof and sunroom roof with shingles. Also installed siding to 4 dormer windows.
Comments: We had received several quotes to replace our roof and finally decided to use B.E. Shank Contracting for two main reasons; 1) Brian provided the best price for the job, and 2) he suggested adding siding to the 'sides' of our dormer windows which had previously been carelessly rigged with roofing paper. As he was the first person to call this issue to our attention, I was impressed with his ability to thoughtfully trouble-shoot a situation where his work had not been requested - especially given that others contractors had not taken notice. The finished effect not only added protection, but was visually more appealing. In addition, Brian and his team worked quickly and were very clean with the disposal of materials. I would recommend Brian to others looking for similar services.
