Comments: I appreciate the thoroughness of the report and the pictures taken of the roof. I had no idea what the cost of replacement was nor whether the roof could be certify for another 3 years. Chet called and expressed his thoughts and was very pleasant. I appreciate the overall report and would use them if roof work needs to be done. Thank you.

Work Description: correcting the builder's sins on our roof. we have vaulted ceilings and zero ventilation due to insulating OVER the venting to the outside and faulty roof construction in the first place. we are in the summer season and believe me, one could use the master bedroom as a grand warming oven for Sunday dinner.

Comments: chad arrived yesterday morning to see our roof. chad inspected the roof both outside and inside, offered several recommendations, reviewed all the options with us and thoroughly explained what would work best for proper ventilation, cost for the job, time frames, and what we are to expect when work begins. chad's experience and professional knowledge of home construction is outstanding. following chad's appointment, mike called the same day to introduce himself and discuss the next step. why would you hire anyone else? let me add we just moved to the area and we are more than confident with this introduction.

Work Description: 1. House draped with tarp to prevent debris from ruining my landscaping; 2. Entire 2 layers of previous roof removed; 3. Old vents, attic fan, other fixtures removed and replaced; 4. New drip edge, flashing, special Tiger Paw underlay, and architectural style shingles applied; 5. One guy was constantly cleaning the perimeter of the house and sweeping for nails and staples.

Comments: I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. A large crew came and they worked diligently, quickly, politely. Great teamwork. Everything the rep (Eric) told me and explained what would happen DID! Nothing was missed or overlooked. It's so refreshing to have a company fulfill on their promises. I just can't say enough about them. Thanks & God Bless!!!

Work Description: I hired Arocon a few years ago to inspect my roof and install crown molding in my living room. I was so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism, I did not hesitate to call them when I needed two major renovations, siding and a new bathroom, done. Eric Consuegra and Sean Wolfe came to my home and were amazing. I was able to afford both projects. Each step of the process was made easy for me. I did not have to take any time from work. The workers were skilled and the quality Aplus.

Comments: I have had my faith in companies restored. I hear stories every day of people trusting companies only to be financially burdened and disappointed. I would without reservation recommend Arocon. Thank you to Eric, Sean and Louie and the rest of their team for beautifying my home!

Work Description: Rplaced the right section of a standing seam 40' x 60' barn roof. They also refastened two other sections of the barn roof where comming loose in other areas I have a victorian house where the pitch of the roof is very steep and very hard to do work on.They repaired several caps at the peak of the house roof & replace one cap where missing.

Comments: They were one of the better contracters i have done business with. I am very satisified with the repairs,Barn roof looks much better than i ever exspected. They were also very professional, called the day before to confirm they were comming out,also called prior the day they were on there way. They cleaned all trash.
