Work Description: Rob Goulet redid my sellers roof at 42 Oak St. Middletown ct.

Comments: Rob did good work but failed to pull a permit from our town hall. I tried calling him a couple times and he didnt return my calls. Should have gotten permit or requested that homeowner did.
