Work Description: Re-roofed my detached garage - about 16x24.

Comments: Rob showed up on time and completed the job in one day with one other guy. The roof looks good. His price was the best of the three contractors who bid. He used top notch materials. My only complaint is that he put my coopola back on the roof backwards. I can only tell because the backside of the coopola was north-facing and had some mildew on it. Now the mildew is on the front.

Comments: Rob did good work but failed to pull a permit from our town hall. I tried calling him a couple times and he didnt return my calls. Should have gotten permit or requested that homeowner did.
