Work Description: Cleaned roof of accumulated leaves in roof valleys, scrape off moss, apply homeowner-purchased product for stain removal.
Comments: Contractor was flexible in his pricing and finished project quickly. Only one small issue - he was to call me back about doing to job on the weekend, I didn't hear from him, and he showed up on Saturday and started work when I wasn't there. Neighbor got in touch with me to let me know. I would likely hire him again.
