Work Description: Thought I might need a new roof. I was delighted to know I have a year or maybe two left on my existing roof. They replaced missing shingles, Re-caulked around my chimney,reinstalled my cap and installed a water diverter. They made certain all my roof plywood underneath was firm and solid. That was something I needed to know!!

Comments: I was very pleased with All-American. I asked for a quote to tear off & replace old shingles on my house & gargage. Price was same or lower than other estimates and he (Dan) included replacing up to 100 sq ft of rotted wood if necessary. (Other roofers charge 3-3.50/sq ft period) they did have to replace the planking in several areas on both the house & garage & did so at no extra charge . They were one day behind schedule when the job was supposed to start but Dad called me the day before to let me know. They were prompt on the new date (1 day later) and finished the house in one day and the stand alone 2 car garage on the second day. One of the reasons I picked them is they have no complaints listed with the BBB. They did not disappoint. Supv Ricky addressed every question & concern I had while the job was being done and on completion. The job was completed in 2days as promised & the workmanship was first class. I am very happy and completely satisfied with my new roof. I recommend them without hesitation.

Work Description: John Dozier gave me the proposal came out and completely explained how the process is accomplished. Everything he told me happened just like he said it would. Complete roof removal haul away and complete superb roof installation on my Ranch style house to include my 12 x 16 shed. Utilizing GAF Lifetime Architectural Shingles 5 year Labor warranty and lifetime material warranty. I plan in having them inspect the roof yearly.

Comments: The repair was completed in a professional manner and to my satisfication. I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail in completing the repair. My only irritation is we made three separate appointments before the owner "Dan" finally arrived and completed the repair. Dan explained previously committed projects prevented him from keeping our appointments.

Work Description: I had the roofing replaced on an addition. They removed the old shingles and replaced some plywood. They replaced my roof with a membrane system by Firestone.

Comments: Dan Dozier from All American Roofing came to my house and gave me a quote that was half price of 6 other roofing companies. The quality of work was outstanding. All American Roofing only does roofing because that is what they do best. I highly recommend them if you need any roofing done.

Comments: Dan showed up late in the afternoon, diagnosed the leak problem then called his employees in at about quitting time for the day to replace the bad flashing. Problem was completed quickly and in the rain!
