Work Description: Most of my houses i build require metal roofs, standing seam, R-panel and a few Decra stone coated shingles. Since Abel was doing work for other companies back in 2004 and 2005 i manage to give him one of my houses that needed the a Deacra roof....he was able to get all items i needed in a list....while a normal roofing contractor needed to go back to his office and figure out what was needed to do the kind of work needed...

Comments: Since 2004 he is my roofer and only one that will put my roofs on,,,,ther is a few changes in his way of doing business , now he has is own company and needs to charge more but in my case i will say that am ok with the way he does business. If you ever need to get a metal roof on give this company a call he will get the product you need.

Comments: Most of all contractors wanted the iinformation from the insurance before actually getting on the roof. Abel was on time and had a book full of information that explain all the proces of the installation. He got on top of the room and inspected the entire roof before doing the meassuraments. The estimate he provided to us was more then what the insurance had paid including our deductible. What got our attention was that he was able to show us why he was higher then the adjusters report. He had a computer in his truck that had the same produc the adjusters use, he show to us the price list, and the price from shake look shingle and the normal life time shingle.. ajuster where able to make the changes and we are know happy with our new roof....and not to mention he will show you the single before u make a final choice....most importan he will be ther during the installation most of the time....we recomend him,,, and he also explain why he had a bad report, on this site....

Work Description: Re-roofed entire house in fall, 2009.

Comments: A & E roofers damaged my second-story siding. Abel agreed to fix it but came back and slopped some paint on just part of the damaged area which made it look worse. I eventually had it repaired and Abel agreed to pay for part of the repairs, but didn't after leading me on for two weeks. You can't trust this man. Also, they slopped tar all over my front guttering. It took me hours of work to get most of it off. I would NEVER do business with this company.

Comments: Our 120 squares of metal roof was total by insurance and we had a few estimates that where really high....Abel told us about the insurance proceeds agreement and we when for it all we had to pay was our deductible ...we had full replacement cost so we only paid 2000 deductible. Comments: We had problems with the insurance adjuster, one of it being that the insurace adjuster dint pay us for the new decking and the extra layer of shingles... Abel owner of the company was able to get the adjuster back in two days and show him the extra layer of wood shakes.... he got the ok from the adjuster and the roofing crew show up the next day with their tools....JOB is finish and we love the new look of the 50year shingle we got insted of a 30 year....
